The 2008 Shimano XTR M970 Rapid Fire Shifter Pods offers instant release for quicker shifts. A click of the upper lever releases the cable, same as it always has. Now the 2008 Shimano XTR M970 Rapid Fire Shifter Pods releases immediately when the lever is depressed making shifts that much quicker. Multi-release allows two-gear shifts. 2-way release for different riding styles or shifting from various riding positions. The upper lever still performs the same function but now it swings both ways. Pull it with your finger or push it with your thumb...you choose. Horizontally adjustable clamp bracket allows inboard/outboard posiitoning for different riding styles. |
