The Pearl Izumi Wind Shoe Cover feature finger loop for easy on and off, 3/4 length locking zipper for a snug and secure fit, elastic silicone gripper for a non-slip closure, and cutaway sole for easy cleat integration. Construction - Body: 80% Nylon/20% Lycra w/ PU coating, Sole/Back Panel: 91% Nylon/9% Spandex.
